The Hanimex 35HL is a 35mm point and shoot. Compact and simple to operate, the camera sports a fixed-focus lens, has no exposure settings, and has a built-in flash. The lens cover release acts as an on/off switch, and the built-in flash allows for clear photos with good colour rendition. The camera body is in good condition with light signs of cosmetic use. Clear lens free from dust, fog or fungus. Mechanically in full working order. It has manual film advance and rewind. Along with being available in black, a blue version was also available. It was made in China. The flash requires two AA batteries, otherwise the camera can operate without batteries. This camera was also marketed under the Vivitar name.
